Jimbo Griffin President/Agent of AgriPartners, LLC grew up in a farming family, has 20+ years in Ag Lending and 10+ years as a Crop Insurance Agent. With this background, he assists the farmer in making smart financial and insurance decisions.
Mark Miller Sales Manager/Agent of AgriPartners, LLC. He has an Agri-Business degree and has worked in the financial and crop insurance industries in the past. Mark joined our team in January 2014. For the past 6+ years, Mark has primarily serviced the crop insurance needs of Arkansas Delta farmers.
Dustin Faulkner, Operations Manager/Agent has been involved in the insurance industry for 18 years with the last 6+ years as a crop risk management agent. He also comes from a farming family, which contributes to his knowledge of farming operations. His knowledge of farming aids in his ability to explain crop insurance and how it fits a farmer’s operation.
Billy Carpenter, agent, was born and raised in Leland, Mississippi. He spent his summers working on a rice and soybean farm. Billy received a Bachelor's degree in AgriBusiness in 2008 from Mississippi State University. He comes to us from the USDA Risk Management Agency (RMA), where he worked for six years. Billy's personal farming experience and knowledge of how RMA looks at farming is and will be an asset to farmers and the APS team. Billy will be servicing the Mississippi Delta and surrounding areas.
Mark McClanahan, Agent, comes to us from Erwin Keith, Inc. a seed company located in Wynne, Arkansas. Mark is a lifelong resident of Cross County. Mark graduated from Arkansas State University and has dedicated approximately 25 years to the farming community of Wynne and the surrounding area. Mark and his family farm in St. Francis County. Mark’s personal farming, business banking, seed industry knowledge is a tremendous asset to our farmers and APS.
Tim Joiner, Agent, was born and raised in Holmes County, Mississippi. He has over 25 years in the farming industry and 5 years in crop insurance. His experience and knowledge of crop insurance and the understanding of risk management make him a valuable resource when choosing crop insurance protection.
Nic Minyard, Whole Farm Revenue Protection Processor, joined our team in early 2016 after spending a decade as an agricultural underwriter/credit analyst Farm Credit and a Regional Bank. His experience in the financial world will benefit APS producers as we move towards Whole Farm Revenue Protection as a solution for many of the producers/lenders today.
Carrie Staszak, Processor, bring over 30 years of knowledge to the APS team. She worked in the grain industry before joining the crop insurance world in 2007. She has vast knowledge of the farming world and a desire to serve the farmers.
Shane Rose, Agent, has been actively involved in the crop insurance industry since 1999, with two of those years spent working for a crop insurance company. His knowledge as an agent combined with his company experience are assets to both the farmer and APS. He serves the farming communities of north Mississippi and south eastern Arkansas.
Byron Lindsey, Agent, is a 2011 graduate of Arkansas State University with a degree in Agribusiness. He grew up on the family farm in Poinsett County, Arkansas and remains actively engaged in farming. He has first-hand knowledge of the day-to-day challenges which farmers face and the importance of crop insurance to the farming operation. He is very committed to serving the community with the attitude that honesty and service come first.
Jarrett Warren, Agent, was raised in New Madrid County, Missouri and is new to the APS team. He has firsthand experience in farming and farm retail business. It is Jarrett’s desire to use this knowledge to assist the farmer with crop insurance decisions so the farming operation maximizes its potential.
Natalie Henard, Agent/Processor, who has worked in the crop insurance industry since 2005. She is married to a farmer and has an in depth knowledge of farming and the importance of crop insurance and desires to help the farmer in protecting his farming operation.
Traci Smith, Processor, has worked in the crop insurance industry since 2010. She has an in-depth knowledge of farming and how important crop insurance is to farmers.
Emiley Rumbaugh, Agent/Processor, who has worked in the crop insurance industry since 2013.
Michelle Goodson, Agent/Administrator, comes from the Agri-Banking industry. She will be the first point of contact for both new and established customers. She has a desire to continue working with farmers to ensure that they receive prompt service and that their crop insurance needs are met.
Starre Morrisett, Agent/Administrative Assistant, has worked in the crop insurance industry since 1995. Her focus is on achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Dana Marshall, Agent/Administrative Assistant, farmed jointly with her husband for over 35 years. For the last 6 years, she has been engaged in the crop insurance business. She has first-hand knowledge of how crop insurance can be the safety net to a farm operation.
Jason Chick joined the APS team July 2017. Jason graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in banking and finance. For the past 6 years, he worked as a licensed crop insurance agent and Ag Financial Consultant preceded by several years in the ag/commercial banking before joining the APS team. His financial knowledge of farming combined with his crop insurance knowledge is a huge asset the APS team and insureds.
Leah Clark joined the APS team in the fall of 2016. Her attention to detail and customer service is an asset to the entire APS team. Leah is dedicated to our Mississippi office and provides back up for our other offices as needed on special projects.
Tommie Lindsey joined the APS team in the January of 2017. Tommie is dedicated to our Wynne, Arkansas office.
